The Ultimate Kamehameha (究極の亀破波, Saiko no Kamehameha) is a golden-yellow colored version of the Super Kamehameha technique used by Gohan in his ultimate form. First, Gohan draws his hands to his right side and prepares the Super Kamehameha. Then, he charges the power of his ultimate form within the Super Kamehameha, increasing its power and changing from its standard whitish-blue color to a

golden-yellow color. Finally, Gohan brings his hands forward and fires the attack at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage. The attack's name is most likely based off of the name of Gohan's ultimate form.

Gohan used the attack during his battle against Super Buu w/ Gotenks. After exhanging several blows with Super Buu, Gohan jumped in the air off a few boulders and fired the Ultimate Kamehameha down at Super Buu, who countered the attack with a Vanishing Beam. The two energy waves collided in an energy beam struggle and neither attack was able to gain the upper hand. When Gohan and Super Buu charged more power into the Ultimate Kamehameha and Vanishing Beam respectively, the beam struggle grew bigger until it ended with a huge explosion.

The attack is seen in the Budokai Tenkaichi series, where it is blue-colored and one of Ultimate Gohan's Blast 2 attacks, under the name, "Super Kamehameha." The attack also appeared in Dragon Ball GT: Final Bout as one of Gohan's attacks. In this game, its color is golden-yellow, the same color in the anime.
